Introducing our Board of Trustees

We are delighted to announce our new Board of Trustees, who join us in March 2023.

Joining the Board of Trustees are;

Umar Kankiya, an experienced Solicitor and member of Dope Black Dads.

Mais Robinson, performer and facilitator, currently working as a Community Assistant as the Orange Tree.

Vikki Mizon, currently Senior Producer at Somerset House.

Binki Taylor, partner at the Brixton Project.

Anna Williams, Director of Admin and Finance at Studio Wayne McGregor.

The board of trustees join Babel following conversations throughout 2022. They will work alongside Artistic Director, Joseph Lynch and Creative Producer, Arron Greechan, who will also serve positions on the board. Speaking about the appointments, Arron said:

“We are really excited to be welcoming our new trustees to the team. It marks a really significant moment for Babel as we look to exciting times ahead. Our trustees bring a wealth of knowledge, experience and passion for the work we are doing at Babel, and I am sure that they will make valuable contributions to what we do”.
